Can I buy an item online?

Most items (including all furniture) can be reserved via the enquiry form on the product page. Bespoke shipping fees and arrangements apply to these items before payment.

The Tottering by Gently (and other items) can be purchase directly online. Shipping will be applied to these items during checkout.

Shipping

Is shipping included in the stated price?

No.
However shipping is very straight forward and we are more than happy to provide
you with a shipping quote including insurance. Please include your country and
postcode (zipcode) when enquiring about an item so that we can provide you with
an accurate quote.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we regularly ship worldwide. It is very straight forward and we have several specialist
shippers who can ensure safe and smooth delivery of your purchases.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
