Carefully Selected Veneers at Reindeer Antiques

This month we are highlighting one of the key areas of the cabinet-maker's art, the ability to select veneers to ornament and decorate furniture.

The pieces illustrated below all illustrate the careful choice of mahogany veneers which makes each item unique and slightly finer than other similar examples. For example the Regency chiffonier has even been veneered with flame mahogany to the ends, an unusual feature.

These items are all on display at our Kensington Church Street showrooms which is open as usual or on our website: www.reindeerantiques.co.uk
