A handsome Regency period mahogany bookcase of slim proportions; the stepped cornice inlaid with ebony and decorated with ebonised balls above a pair of glazed doors which are crossbanded in mahogany and open to reveal fully adjustable bookshelves; below are two cupboard doors veneered in flame mahogany and open to reveal adjustable shelves; raised on square tapering feet. This bookcase is quietly sophisticated with its ebonised details and beautiful choice of mahogany veneers. With its narrow proportions it is the perfect scale for an apartment or a niche.
