A fine set of 8 George III Chippendale period carved mahogany dining chairs; the camel back above a carved and pierced interlaced splat flanked by outscrolling arms above a drop-in seat and raised on square chamfered legs united by an H-stretcher. Constructed from well figured Cuban mahogany these chairs are crisply carved with acanthus leaves to the top rail and splat.
