We always stock a large selection of chests and I am pleased to highlight some of the chests we currently have on display.

The tallboy illustrated below is a fine George III period example which shows the influence of Chippendale's designs with the blind fretwork detailing to the canted corners. This tallboy is in excellent condition with its original handles and ogee bracket feet.

The miniature chest is one of the finest examples we have owned. The drawer construction which includes dust mouldings and muntins is usually seen only on full scale chests which suggest this example may have been an apprentice piece. Unusually it is signed, Allen Wray, perhaps showing the cabinet-maker's pride in this superb miniature chest.
