Isn't it frustrating when you talk about antiques, but you don't know a lot of the phraseology. For example, when was the Jacobean style being produced, when was Chippendale furniture most common, what do you look out for when purchasing a mahogany table?
Over the next few months Reindeer Antiques will be adding all this information and much more on to this site. We would like people to come to this site not just to look at our current stock, but also as a point of reference when purchasing any antique item, particularly furniture.
